Two young Nihangs take an early morning bath: Chota Sur Singh, Punjab

The morning bath or ishnaan in cold water is an important part of a Sikh's daily ritual. The Nihangs wear the long under shorts called Kacheraas which are one of the five outward symbols of Sikhism.

ishnan is a spritual freshness in the morning ,our gurus take ishnan early in the morning before the sun rise .i thanks to u that u take this photo for remembering a sikh to take ishnan daily . i have a request if u dont mind send me your yahoo i d plz tahnksn you
