Formalities
- NickFleming.com is owned and
operated by Amritvela Limited. All
transactions are made with Amritvela Limited. The transaction will appear on your
statement as Amritvela Limited.
- From here on out,
"we", "us", "our" will mean Amritvela
Limited, and "you", "your" will mean the person making
a purchase from Amritvela Limited / NickFleming.com.
Contractual Agreement
- By submitting an order you
agree and accept all the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
- An order shall be considered
accepted once we send you an email confirming we have shipped your
product. Prior to this, no contractual agreement shall exist.
- The contract shall be
considered to be made in the UK in accordance with the laws of England.
- We may change terms and
conditions without notification. You are only bound to the terms and
conditions you agree to at the time you submit your order.
Shipping
- All goods are shipped via
Royal Mail by First Class Post, including to supported international
countries, except for Fine Art Prints which are sent by courier.
- We are not responsible for
delays in shipping. Check Royal Mail's website
for information about shipping times.
If time is critical please call or email us to arrange a suitable
shipping method.
- Fine Art Prints are produced
to order and therefore require at least 14 days from order before
despatch, although we try to do this quicker. Posters, Magnets and Greetings Cards are
shipped within 7 days of the order being accepted.
Taxes & Duty
- The price given on the web
site includes VAT. VAT at the rate of 17.5% is included in all sales
within the EC. VAT is deducted at the checkout from
orders for non-EU countries. VAT is
charged on all packing and postage.
- We are not responsible for
local taxes and duty charges. You agree to accept them by placing an
order with us.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
- You may cancel an order for
a full refund (including shipping) prior to us shipping it.
- Orders may be returned
within 7 days of receipt for any reason. You must first call or
email and receive authorisation from us. Once we receive the item,
provided that it is not damaged, we will refund the cost of the
item. We do not refund shipping costs for undamaged items. It
is your responsibility to ensure the item gets back to us undamaged.
If it is damaged during its return route, we will not issue you a refund
nor will we send the item back to you. Thus, make sure it is
packaged safely and sent via a safe shipping method (eg Airmail).
- If an item is damaged when
you receive it, you must call or email us within 7 days of receipt and let
us know. We may ask you for a photograph of the damage. If we
agree that the item has been damaged during shipping, we will provide you
with an exchange or a full refund for the damaged item and the proportion
of the shipping it represents. We reserve the right deny that the
item has been damaged during shipping in which case you may still return it
as per the conditions outlined in the first bullet point. We also
reserve the right to require that you ship the damaged item back to us.
- An item with damaged
packaging does not count as a damaged item (eg. backing cards of a fine
art magnet).
Purchases in Foreign Currencies
- All transactions are
conducted in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP).
- You may make a purchase with
a supported card from any country. The credit/debit card company
will charge you in your currency based on the exchange rate.
- Prices listed in Euros and
US Dollars are estimates based on the exchange rate at the time of the
sale. The amount charged to your card may differ slightly depending
on variations in the exchange rate between this time and when we process
the card transaction. The variation should be small, but we cannot
be held accountable for it.
- Refunds will also be
conducted in Pounds Sterling. As such the amount you receive in
another currency may be more or less than what is was at the time of the
sale depending on changes in the exchange rate. Again we cannot be
held accountable for this difference.
- We are not accountable for
any fees charged to you by your card company for dealing in foreign
currency. We will not include them in any refunds.

- These images, photographs
and text may only be reproduced, exhibited to the public or utilised in
another media format (eg computer software, websites, flyers) with our
written consent.
Software
- The code on our website and
any software purchased or downloaded from us is provided
"as-is". We are not liable for any damage caused by its
download, use or installation.
- We do not issue refunds for
software compatibility issues.
