Guru Gobind Singh ji
established the Sikh festival of Hola Mohalla in celebration of the New
Year and to honor the warrior prowess of his Sikhs. Every year, Sikhs
from around the world gather in Anandpur Sahib for three days, where
Guru Gobind Singh ji first held the celebratory events.
